I don't understand….Is it depo the only contraceptives in Kenya? Because depo provera is the name for one contraceptive whereby there are alot types of different contraceptives.

Drs are taught the same thing and will give you information according to books. It might be professional but we learn from experience. Expert opinion comes from books, but personal experience is from someone who has been affected by a certain thing that drs insist are safe.
In 1st world countries women especially white women, struggle to conceive. And it's been confirmed that one of the leading causes is CONTRACEPTIVES!
They have never and will never be safe. The only one benefiting is pharma industry.
EXPERT OPINION said that COVID VACCINE is safe and protects us, months later we all can see that EXPERTS are taught and told what to say so that pharma industry can continue to have business and unfortunately Africa suffers the most!!
Thanks for this information we are all learning something new each day. My believe is if something has the power to alter the way your body system works then it has side effects as the Doc has said so be careful what you use make Doctors your friend before engaging on any medication. Also be aware of rogue doctors whose only aim is making profits but not giving true and genuine information simply because they're in bed with the big pharmaceutical company.

The nerve!!!! No human was ever meant to take contraceptives. As in, lets stop your cycle then continue when you want. Ok lets stop your heart beat, but restart in 3 months?????? Doctors are not semi gods. They help and cause harm in the same breath. Where are the men who take contraceptives? Nowhere… Coz harm is more than good

The society needs such type of doctors. Dr. Claire looks young but in her she has alot.
The fact will remain that we young people will still get pregnant either the parents like it or not. so the best way is to empower us with the right information and the rest is for us to make a choice.

As long as a doctor recommends pharmaceutical medicines or unnatural family planning methods then to me that's just a legalized peddler. I know doctors want the best for their patients but this is a fact.
