    Having Christmas early with kids and 7 grandsons. My 2 older kids are traveling, my youngest just had a baby (a wk ago) I am going to Alaska for Christmas , I see its 2 degrees now 🥶. Wish me luck!

    You can mix the oatmeal with purées to make it taste better. We decided to wait for true solids/BLW at 6 months and for us it was good we did though because our daughter hated any purées we offered to her at that age 😅 applesauce? Nope. Even yogurt she was like uh no. She loved egg, broccoli florets, and cucumber instead haha. We would have thought she hated food if we started with purées/oatmeal I think.

    Those jeans do run huge too!!! We had those and she didn’t fit in them for forever.

    We have four kids and this year we haven't done too much yet. I feel like time is going by too fast. The only thing we have really done was drive by some Christmas lights, but my littlest daughter is only 1 and she HATES the car, so it was UNENJOYABLE. Lol! We've done traditions as a family at home though.

    Hyland teething tables are a life saver when they are teething! All 3 of my children got relief with these.

    You could absolutely put them in the freezer and chill them. It’ll help soothe his gums. Also….you can either add cereal to his bottle or mix a little juice in with the cereal. Trust me babies love it.

    I got those raspberry teething thing and my son loved them and I used it to get rid of his pacifier and than I got rid of that too cause he would bit them

    Be cautious with oatmeal cereal may cause a blow out. We had to alternate days rice cereal one day and oatmeal the next day. Just wanted to give you an idea incase little man has that issue. 😉

    Happy Saturday! For milk supply, if you typically pump every 2 hours, add another pumping session in between (every hour). Do that a few times a day. That may help to keep your milk supply up. I notice my supply increases when my child eats more frequently in a day. If my child sleeps a long stretch at night, I try to add extra pumping sessions to make up that time in the night.
    PS- I love your daily vlogging! I look forward to your videos. I wish it could be “vlogmas” all year 😊😁

    I gave the smashed baby carrot puree to my daughter when she turned 4 months and she really liked it but of course most of it ended up on her bibut she gave big smiles well that was 16 years ago but I still remember it was a cutest thing

    Another option.. just in case he doesn't like the oatmeal, I remember I started my daughter on rice cereal, later with banana. Just mix it in with your warmed breast milk.

    I'm an exclusive pumper I pump every 3 hours and do a good 40 min pump before bed and another at 4.30 its the best time I get 15oz and then a big pump in the morning it's when I get most of my milk for the day from my night pump middle of night pump and morning = to 45oz my 14 week old baby girl is now on 7oz bottles I also find massaging the boobs while pumping or putting your hand under the boobs last 10 mins of the pump releases more milk and also heat and don't wear a bra to bed you get major letdown as gravity helps produce more milk from doing this I can pump 60oz a day and my extra goes to a milk bank for premie babies I struggled at first but I did major research as not much out there but power pumping but I find that sometimes is not enough and all theses thing realy boosted my supply I also drink 6 litres of water a day I would also drink less caffeine as it can realy damage your supply hope this helps I know its hard iv bin there

    Yes very smart I brought my little one to universal at 6months , my daughter was 6 at the time so she jad fun but it was awful for the baby , way to young, it turned into a miserable day . So I'm proud of you for not making that decision like we did . Have a beautiful Christmas with your beautiful family!!!

    I live in plant city and they do something called Christmas lane. There’s Santa, food, rides, a live nativity and tons of displays of lights. Look it up. Also Hillsborough grounds does a drive thru light show and at the end you can get out for food, rides, people selling things and Santa as well.

    I have two littles (3 and almost 1) and we have done Christmas lights drive through at a State Park, Christmas tree lighting at State capital grounds, we are doing a Santa at home visit and hopefully Santa train.
    Kids definitely push you in a good way to go out and do more Christmas activities
