Thanks Mike. Looking forward to more videos and expert mentoring on the micro-farming survival series. Of course, thanks also for providing the contact links and websites to even more great advice as we grow and need them. Tom, central Florida.
number one tip, don't mistake hornets for bees… LOL ๐.
Another day of saving the bees ๐
Been Beekeeping for since I was a seven year old. Now living in the suburbs and I am still beekeeping. Love it and best of all I get to harvest some great LIQUID GOLD. It is be worth it's weight when SHTF.
In-depth stuff.
bees are amazing and go hand in hand with the evolution of flowering plants. damn my biology undergrad me is screaming haplodiploidy is the reason for the organization. I don't keep bees myself but I have a neighbor who does. What a godsend ๐ค
If the bees die, so do we.
This is such a rewarding activity in so many ways!
Love the content, I have 4 hives and been beekeeping for about 5 years. BTW, I live in Midway, UT and am wondering if you guys are going to open your HQ store before Christmas?
I started working with a small beekeeper about 8 months ago. I found them at a local farmers market and convince them to let me work for free. I'm getting so much experience. And he gives me honey in return.
