  1. Big bungalow or what most termed as mansion. 85m is way overpriced and by d owner/developer. Huge2 profits. Cabinets in d bathroom will caused moisture to seep into d enclosures and wood thus deteriorate faster.
    BTW d presenter was superb. D pricing is not her fault OK.. Jst my personal view. I have experience too as a developer b4 having built more than 200 units in 3yrs but not a 85m mansion, though we are capable.
    I realise from d many videos t/youtubes uploaded by various property developers and individuals in Philippines its always overpriced, in fact many too overpriced by 10-20m for mansions. Whilst it's prudent for them to profit from such projects or ventures one needs to b realistic too and not let greed overwhenmed our judgement and empathy. Exercise fairness to d potential buyers especially those mid range houses below 10m peso coz many are struggling to purchase or own a house. Having said that how many developers or individuals who thrive on selling property, will have such compassion? It's all about big profits. Well, l understand d location and lots play a part in d computation but anyone can always Google and countercheck d present value of land n property in d areas concerned n available facilities/infrastructures. I came across a piece of lot yesterday at 20k per sqm.,around 14km from Tagatay. I'm fully aware of d value and present price of property or bare land there but don't u think 20k per sqm is too inflated!. Well, l always hear d words whilst holidaying in Philippines "kanyang2 hindi pareho" that's how many became tycoons at expense of those who are meagre wage earners. Honestly, if l have my way, would build houses which d Filipino priced at 20m,10m 8m 7m 7m 5m less by minimun 20-30% discount yet l still profited. Its more to share d blessings with potential house buyers who really can't afford but need shelter. Even smaller value houses like 3m 2m 1m can do wonders to alleviate, partly d housing problem in a city or suburb. 2m as an example with 20%discount it will sell for 1.6m which is very fair price. Developers may disagree d raw materials, land and labors are not cheap. True its a matter of adjusting d profits and comes with a free S&P agreement. Thats my view and it has become a reality implemented by our team.Pre-fab and IBS houses /units are fast to build and much less cost, reducing significantly d prices. Within less than 7mos u can build can build even 1k units. Big scale with the complete building machineries

    Safe with this house because most of the walls of the house are concrete which is more durable than tempered glass. Having concrete walls gives you a sense of privacy than having a tempered glass wall which needs curtains or blinds
