Nice big pond Mothin – the goldfish may prevent you getting much other wildlife in it though- did you know you can grow quite a range of edibles in your pond? – I have water mint and water cress in mine

Hi mate, excellent revamp of the pond. Don’t be surprised if the water goes very green for a while because the light will cause algae to bloom. Once you get plenty of plant cover then the water will eventually clear. Take care. Nick
Pond looks great! MashaAllah the kids done a great job 😁 Have you considered growing taro root/elephant ears/Mukhi in the shallow bits of the pond or around the edges? It will probably thrive and the leaves would give the pond some shelter from the sun. Also you can get the roots from Asian grocery store, much cheaper than getting from a specialist plant store.
