  1. Some of those individual sides bring $100 or $1,000 it just depends on if they are Street scenes from China or Japan

  2. Lets see, your latest sales included some lots of 80 slides for $49 + $6 Shipping.

    $49 + $6 = $55
    – $25.37 Slide Cost
    – $7.10 eBay FVF Fee on Item & Shipping @ 12.9%
    – $.30 Transaction Fee
    – $4.55 Max Shipping Estimate @ 7 Ounces to Zone 9 First Class Commercial

$17.68 Gross Profit Before Other Business Expenses

Assuming that you sell most of them in similar sizes lots of 80, although, I've seen you sold one with 101 slides, that means there are 146 lots (19704 / 80) * $17.68 = $4336.98 Gross Profit Before Other Expenses.

You also be out funds for the FVF on the sales tax on the items and in some states the shipping.

Then there are other possible expenses such having to purchase small boxes to ship them out. A little 6 x 6 x 4 might run you $.25 each for smaller quantities. So that would be another 146 x $.25 = $36.50.

You will also be out interest on the $5,000 which will only be recovered as you sell off the lot. My Discovery business savings account pays 2.96% APR for example.

Typically a lot higher price than slides sell for here at multiple party estate auctions. I've paid as little as $2.50 for multiple large boxes full of multiple slides trays full of them. Typically no one wants to mess with them as they are too lazy.

  3. Those baseball and football figures should do you good, those should sell well, the pins I don't know about those look kind of tricky ,I think in the long haul you should do good, but as I see you guys have to put in a lot of work, you definitely have the energy and the good vibe going on,Merry Christmas and Good luck with your business, 🇺🇸❤️💪

  4. when you sell the Michael Vic doll you need to include a stuffed dog with it.😁😁😁

  5. If only I lived closer, I'd love to help grow that business. Wearhousing is my expertise.

  6. Just bought a lot of Jurassic Park pins for my 9 year old daughter for Christmas. Good luck with the venture.

  7. Don’t flood the market with the vintage band ones all at once. If you do you’ll destroy the market. People pay up for them because they are generally harder to find

  8. The best way to photograph those train-photographs is just to scan em. If you have a big scanner you can scan the whole "lot" and get a detailed picture of all the cards.

  9. Hello man! I do love what you are doing and just subscribe to your channel, so please, if I get something for that, just put in charity, please! Take care, guys!

  10. I’ve been watching rob for over 5 years and I wish I could buy something Star Wars but I can’t as live in the uk and us eBay don’t work here but hey I got his book at least 😊

  11. Most rich people stay rich by spending like the poor and investing without stopping then most poor people stay poor by spending like the rich yet not investing like the rich but impressing them,

  12. Your slides bulk sales idea = $0.66/slide. Idea….add $10 to the price of one of your train cars/sets, and add a bonus of 10 slides. Result: $1/per slide, you can put slides in the train box (save on shipping), and creates an additional way to push out the slides to people already interested in the train…and maybe haven't thought about slides for their collection(s). Everyone wins.
