  1. Ugh, tuff, I had my moms dog killed by the Animal Control, she said she didnt know who the dog was, sad thing is it was out mail lady and Bear was 3 years old, she knew and just wanted to kill it cuz it ate a chicken. This cop ran after it while it was running away, stupid. Problem is the dog got off the leash. Sux.

  2. "Nick kill him"-
Wow, they literally killed this families dog-
Hey, if you see this, that was totally trash that you told your husband to kill that families dog-

  3. What a horrible wife and husband that wife egged him on and he was gonna do it anyways she made it more solid yes it's sad the dog went after the chickens but you should fence your property in the owners of the dogs have fences gate was left open accidently you have chickens. That free roam without having fences around them that's your fault a coyote or a fox would have no problem and they're quite about them they'd kill all your chickens and the dog just got one the chickens can be replaced the dog can too but not the memories absolutely horrible. That seat officer should be bumped down some positions or lose his job. His lawyer is stupid too. He's using his position of power to get himself out of it absolutely horrible

  4. A SWAT DE-ESCALATION OFFICER. 😳🤪🤪🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

  5. Good job. That dog should have been on a leash or locked up. Chickens could have easily been a small kid.

  6. He killed the dog only after his wife said to delete the dog. He used the old I feared for my life bs. I would've deleted the cop especially if I'm that old.

  7. the dog was just being a dog didnt deserve to get shot he was just waiting for a chance to shoot the dog id get even

  8. This isn't news…..acoording to (CA Penal Code § 596). farmers and other livestock owners may legally kill dogs that are chasing or attacking their animals, and the dog owners are responsible for any damages to the livestock. Cop or not it says "farmer or other livestock owner"

  9. The story got more and more bazaar by the minute. Why is the story on YouTube? There must be a million more important stores in this country than this.

  10. Good point, the wife was not endanger but she was saying kill it. Just admit you wanted the dog dead all along . Who let's chickens roam free? Hilarious! Easy prey

  11. Cop is ridiculous firing a weapon when the owners and children are actively trying to retrieve the dog who wasn't even a repeat offender!

  12. How senseless. He had every intention of killing that dog when he exited his house with a firearm.

  13. Both parties have some fault in this.. it's not right the dog was killed, but the dog killed several chickens also

  14. As a dog owner, I would be disappointed in myself if my dog ended up in someone's else's yard and started killing their animals. They need to stop playing the victims in this matter and accept that it was a responsibility they failed to have. If this dog was a coyote, everyone would be saying that's what the coyote gets. However, this dog was killing the guys chickens for fun. From listening to this story interview, I can already tell it wasn't the first time. If they can't control their dog, it shouldn't have been running around. They don't own the neighborhood. They have dog parks for that. And nobody knows what kind of attachment they had to those chickens. Just because they're chickens doesn't make it ok for your dog to kill them freely. That dogs death is on the owners. It doesn't matter that the guy is a cop of whatever position or how the dog was shot. The dog was on his property, killing his animals. Sorry, they lost their dog and also sorry the other side lost their chickens.

  15. Everyone laughs off the fact that it was just chickens, The fact was the dog was constantly loose and those were the children's chickens. If they were show chickens they could be worth hundreds of dollars. The dog was obviously too much for these old people to handle!

  16. Both parties are influential no one will win period, only if one party was less resourceful with different ethnicity or religion 😉🤫

  17. typical pigs doing what they do best this is what cops do to people everyday they just don't tell you and police supporters kiss their azzes n justify everything they do regardless if it's crooked there nazies just as bad as the feds

  18. i would have came out with mine after he shot the dog to he put everyone's lives in danger even bringing a gun outside his home the pig was just hoping n praying everyday it woke up that someone would walk in his yard or stop in front of his house to tie their shoe he could shoot em

  19. He wasnt wrong what about the chikens the dog killed ?? Noone is talking bout them what if it was a boy or a little girl? People would have been pissed at the family
