Gardening is My Therapy

Gardening is my therapy. I’ve lost two brothers to suicide, so I want to motivate others to get the help they need before it’s too late. Tomorrow is worth the fight. Don’t do a permanent solution to a temporary problem. There’s always a way out. You just have to find that drive within yourself. Suicide doesn’t remove the pain and suffering. It only transfers to their love ones.

Gardening has helped me cope with the deaths of my brothers. It is my therapy. When I’m out in the garden, the problems of the world temporarily melt away.

It’s something about being part of nature and growing life. After losing so much, it’s helping life grow is what helps me. My best advice is to find your passion and grow with it.

My suggestion is to start a garden. It might help you with the struggles you’re facing and maybe bring you peace.
