I hardly eat it but I do have chocolate that I will eat but not so much in the future. I used to eat imported chocolate from Spain and it was so good just a small piece would satisfy you. Now I hardly eat it at all though so I guess even rarer now .. oh boy. Thank you Autumn. Sometimes I wonder if they are trying to get us to stop eating these things so we will eat the bugs and stuff 🤔

Show me the science based study that shows, lead & other heavy metal levels in dark chocolate exceed those known to be dangerous to human health. You are most likely far worse off eating food products imported from China or containing ingredients imported from China, given the poor controls & legislation they have there regarding agricultural chemicals, contaminated land etc.

Dark chocolate is heart healthy. Funny, with all the heart issues, that have surfaced over the last couple of years, now it is "unhealthy". So, now they want you to eat sugar filled milk chocolate. Imagine that! Excessive sugar intake is a cause of diabetes.
