It is the hardest thing when two people who may love each other or at least enjoy being together absolutely want different things in life. Ryland wants marriage and I honestly don't blame him at all. The sad part is that you can see that Shane just doesn't want marriage. Oh Ryland. I feel for you. I hope you're able to find the courage to go after what you want and deserve. It's so hard to leave someone when you have such a public and long standing history with someone but in the end, every road we travel leads us to our ultimate destiny.

Even in the new Shane Xmas pod cast just keeps making the dirty comments to Chris in front of Ryland and Ryland is just ignoring it and just keeps going. Think he is so used to it now. Sad
If Ryland was a woman and Shane was treating a him like this, the internet would’ve lost its shit the minute Shane started acting shitty towards Dylan’s or flirted with Chris right in front of Ryland.
From someone who has been in a long-term relationship but never got married, it'll never happen. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it's obvious that Ryland wants to get married. Also did anyone else notice rylan's comment towards the end on Shane's last podcast? They had gotten a bunch of gifts for the podcast and Shane said that he was going to donate the ones that they wouldn't use to Toys for Tots and Ryland says what?! It just rubbed me the wrong way.
You can’t judge someone’s relationship. Their humor might not be for everyone, but there is nothing there with Chris. Shane has addressed it several times. I watch all of their channels and peter’s channels too. He just has a sense of humor that isn’t for everyone. I personally think Ryland rules that roost, and Shane showers him with gifts constantly. I don’t think the rumor has any teeth. If you don’t watch all of it, it could be easy to judge based on jokes and comments they make here and there but like any relationship, you have to see it all to get the dynamic. For instance, Alex can come off very aloof and almost annoyed about Peter at times, and I’ve seen comments about why Alex is out partying without Peter all the time -but it’s none of our business for one thing, and you have to see more than just isolated interactions to understand it’s really not the case. I dunno…I think we should leave people’s relationships alone. What we see on camera is such a small bit of reality. If you really take the ride with them, it’s obvious they are in a loving relationship.
I heard about the "cancelled wedding" on GEM reloaded "Shane Dawson CANCELS WEDDING!" I like to watch Rylen's vlogs, but recently I have been cringing on some of the stuff that Shane says.
gem reloaded is a great channel, i love her shane and ryland deep dives. she makes a lot of points about chris not being 100% innocent either. that podcast was a mistake.

Maybe they had a discussion about it and it’s done on purpose to generate speculation, so Ryland acts offended when off camera it’s not something that happens it’s just for the views.. only wonder this cos your right, it makes no sense to act like this in front of your fiancé and your fiancé just brushes it off

I suspect there is some amount of doubt in Shane, could be as small as a seed, about whether ryland just wants to marry him for guaranteed access to his money, even in the event that they part ways
I don’t understand the wedding issue – they should get married on their Colorado Ranch, with the alpacas in the background, with their family and closest friends, a photographer, etc. Ryland can still make it over the top and have an amazing outfit – intimate doesn’t mean cheap! (I think that’s a concern of his)
I’ve been uncomfortable since Chris came in, for him and everyone around cause ever since Shane found out Chris likes bigger guys I feel like Shane has acted different and is a lot. I feel bad for Ryland.

Sexual harassment is NEVER acceptable, and those comments Shane makes are despicable- don’t blame the victim or his “friend” for not speaking up, it happens most of the time. Friend or not, gender or orientation not a factor – sexual statements made on a continual basis are harassment and in the real world Shane would have been given his walking papers. I really don’t understand the appeal he has for others, he just does not show any redeeming qualities as a person, and his fake camera shots from under his chin, don’t feel obligated to buy my merch, are so manipulative. Excusing this type of behavior is how people like Weinstein get away with assault for so long.
