It’s interesting that at Duncan’s bond hearing for conspiracy charge they said that the bond was $250,000 in the assault case because they knew the conspiracy charges were coming. But in the bond hearing for the assault charge they didn’t mention the conspiracy at all. The judge just set a huge ass bond on the assault without explanation. I’m not saying he should have been able to get out of jail, but it seems sketchy.

Scum like Mr. Duncan will brag that he's so big and bad he was given a million dollar bond. Yeah, y'all are so tough, murdering and helping to cover up the murder of a defenseless unarmed female. And y'all use your mommy's for phone calls and places to stay. These guys are disgusting.

This is what happens, Mr Duncan and these men keep being let out, given pr or low bonds, they start to think the law doesn't apply to them, they keep getting a slap on the wrist and bam, murder, or for Mr. Duncan accessory after the fact, felonious assault etc. Sick of it.
Just want to give props to Ms Melissa Klieman – she is always both professional and compassionate and so, IMO, would take the horrendous cases like this a little more deeply than many would, and also has to deal with attacks from people who don't understand the role of defence attorneys. The system simply would not work without Ms. Klieman and her colleagues doing what they do, and I think they deserve thanks and respect for the incredibly difficult job they do.
21, stupid and his life is over because of anger management issues. And let me guess, he was raised by mom, grandma or worse yet the streets which means he didn't graduate high school. This is why you need Mom and Dad to raise children, and shouldn't have kids out-side of marriage.
