Takuto Kawakami speaks English better than some adults in Japan. He even passed a grueling exam that most Japanese adults fail. Now he gets to practice his English on tourists in one of Japan’s most famous gardens. CBS News foreign correspondent Ben Tracy got a tour.

I can relate i'm japanese myself and i had to study by myself before i moved to canada. I was 8 when i moved to canada and i guess living in canada around a lot of English helped me get it down better.
