I need some help in plant identification.
I started using Turmeric for health benefits.
I looked it up and found that the plant looks like what you are growing.
I found a plant growing wild here (northern willamette valley, oregon) that looks like Turmeric and like your plant. I bought Galanga at a local vietnamese store.
They all look alike.
Any tips on how to identify them?
google isn't helping.
Sorry. the three plants are,
Galanga, Turmeric, and Cardamom.
Any help from you and your viewers is welcome.
None of them are native here but I found one of them growing in the wild here.
