   The main thing or reason why I really appreciate and loved the house tour videos of PRESELLO. Because every each detail and space of the house is well pointed out without wasting the minutes in the video and not keep on repeating on the area which have been already covered. Which is really an Advantage for it's channel. And Buyers are well informed about each corners of the property in and out. No wonder PRESELLO is still #1 Property Seller in Socila media. Hindi magulo ang videos nila and not wasting a single minute on the entire video. And not rushing to end the house tour. KUDOS TO PRESELLO TEAM. LOOKING FORWARD TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU SOON.

   Ganda nung house, spaces were used well. Slight comment lang though – nakakahilo yung 2nd camera. Ang shaky and laging out of focus. It might be a stylistic choice pero unfortunately not done well 😅

   Is it just me or the constant zooming with the unstable camera gets very annoying, borderline nausea-inducing and just looks like a beauty shot for Julia (she looks good, everyone agrees with that) and and not doing anything for the house tour. The previous videos are much better.

   Ganda ng House pero yung roof parang di bagay sa facade ng House. Then ang gulo parin ng camera shots ng Presello noon di naman ganto nakakahilo lang sa ibang channel hinde ganto kagulo yung shots yung tipong bawat turo ni Julia dun nya itututok bigla then pati paglalakad ng cameraman alam na alam ko kase ang shaky bakit di nya nalamg i wide shots kung nasaan si julia para sa bawat pag point ni Julia ng parts ng House hinde nya nililipat kung san san at sinusundan ng camera nya kamay ni Julia.

    a bit hard to watch. very shaky and those blurred shots/transitions are very distracting and harsh to the eyes.
    i think it is hard to the eyes and took away something on the presentation of this house.

    For a big house with a big lot the living area is not well planned too narrow you can’t place a good size sofa in it you can but it will look too cramped and only the masters bedroom has walk in closet.

    I get dizzy with the other camera, (which it seems like was taken from a phone w/o any stabilization), It would be nice to use it for zoom-in shots for design-finish details like when Julia mentioned the texture of the walls, but as a landscape mode, it very migraine-triggering.

    Other than that, the house's interior is nice and inviting while the outside seems…too much of the wood planks for me, like the 70s-80s vibe. It's not for me, but I bet someone will love it. Kudos!😘

    It's a beautiful house but those CCTV in every bedroom is a little creepy. Like the owner is into voyeurism. I'm sure the buyers first home project is getting rid of those cctv.
