This was a hard one to title as we have quite the variety of items for sale in our store. North County Lawnmower was originally just your typical small engine sales and repair shop. Jackie and I purchased it about 5-1/2 years ago and a lot has changed since back then. We’ve always enjoyed trying to be as self-sufficient as possible in everything we’ve done, and now a days it’s really putting us to the test. Times have changed drastically in the past few years and it’s time to really dig in and get serious about providing for you and your family. Jackie and I ran a 65 member organic CSA farm in Montana and are all about growing vegetables and DIY projects. We had 2 acres in production, two greenhouses, a hand built walk-in cooler, and a grain bin root cellar buried in the ground, to mention a few DIY projects. I have been a small engine mechanic at the shop for about 12 years, and Jackie is into bringing in everything needed to grow vegetables, so together we want to help others with what we’ve learned.
