  1. Glad most of your crops survived. We got the freeze up here in OK. My beans, squash and cucumbers died, but they also weren't very big yet. I replanted seeds today. I hadn't put out tomatoes or peppers yet because I knew the forecast didn't look warm enough.

  2. I ❤️ your t-shirt! I’m planting my cucumber and squash seeds out this weekend. I’m also going to be moving my melons I started inside out to my garden in the next few days along with some sweet potato slips. Thanks for the new video, I like watching the progress of your garden.

  3. I hope this will be your last frost. You’ll replant and it’s all in His hands now. Thank you sharing that book. You are greatly appreciated. God bless!

  4. I covered all plants up with mulch the night it called for frost and uncovered them the next morning with success. Then just like you saw, the next night we got unexpected frost. My 2 bigger tomato plants got some burnt leaves and a couple of squash plants. Everything else seem to be okay as the hay mulch I think kept things warm enough aournd the base of each plant as they are still small. I'm hoping the tomato plants come back strong as they are the early girl ones that I was expecting my first harvests off of.

  5. Really enjoyed the video Jill. That book is hilarious! Squandering seed is unpatriotic, indeed! I've downloaded it…. what a treasure you've found there. Sorry you've been hit by frost. Hope the majority recover and no more frosts. Thanks for another great video. God Bless You and yours. Greetings from Down Under.

  6. Sure is a good video. Your garden sure looks good. Last night had a rain cloud to pass by without rain. Started putting my plants in the ground. Got 5 types of tomato plants 3 types of squash and about 8 types of peppers. Trying to grow some sweet corn, carrots, beans, garlic, red and green cabbage, ice Berg lettuce and onions. Hope you have a great vegetable harvest this year. Have a great weekend and safe one.
