Nah. I would guess 2,000 is enough for one liter.
One tree= 20kg of olives= 2-4 liter oil.

sacs are very old school and is a bad example of how to transport olives from grove to mill. most mills have sacs that stack on top of each other and puts immense pressure on the bottom sac. causing the olives to get lacerated and eventually ferment early —> increasing acidity and reducing oil quality
