  1. What's new in Disney? Don't know, don't care. I'm still boycotting this horrible evil company, and anyone who supports them now is part of the problem

  2. My wife (Kelly) had a major back surgery on December 22. She had to stay in the hospital during the holiday. The only thing that kept her sane was binge watching DFB. Thank you for helping her over the painful beginning. She will be in a back brace for several months and I know she uses your upbeat voice and the Disney info to keep her in a positive frame of mind. Thank you ~Kyle

  3. Sorry, there is nothing exciting about un-theming the Disney resorts. If Boardwalk is any indication, expect the Grand Floridian to be a little less grand in the near future.

  4. The park pass reservation system is predatory because they prey on your fear of not being admitted as a way to manipulate you into buying non-refundable tickets further in advance than you normally would. Before the PPRS, you could wait until you arrived on property so if something happened before you arrived, you were not stuck with non-refundable tickets.

  5. AJ and the DFB team, I really appreciate your output of quality videos with up-to-date information. So many people are confused and angry, but if they watched your videos they’d understand, at least they would as well as you do. Happy New Year!

  6. If Disney does to Grand Floridian the same they did to Boardwalk, Floridian will be gone for good. I honestly hope they don’t. 🥺

  7. So basically they're turning Boardwalk into a generic hotel you can stay at anywhere in the US, but at 2 to 3 times the cost? Ooooh. Sign me up! And Bob Chapek stepped down? He was canned because he was driving the company into the ground and had completely lost the confidence of the public. Don't try and put lipstick on a pig.

  8. I'd like to see Soaring around the world get updated and bring back the free bus transportation from the Airport

  9. Just did Splash Mountain for the first time and was absolutely amazing. So crazy they getting rid of it. Clown!

  10. I know the DDP is more expensive than paying out of pocket but honestly I feel like my overall experience is better because I can eat tons of food and not worry about the cost. It’s already done. It’s a big amount of my mental space to have to figure out the cost of every meal as I order it, staying within my budget, keeping a tally, as well as keeping track of souvenirs I buy and drinks I order. I liked using it because I’m not afraid to order what I want. I would see a $32 entree and totally get the one that was $19 because I can’t keep up with the math and I don’t want to overspend 😂

  11. to everyone who’s reading this happy new year and hope whenever you visit disney you have a great time 💗💗

  12. Thankful that I got to ride Splash Mountain one more time in July. And thankful that my wife and daughters go to ride it both for the first and last time in July. But, I am looking forward to seeing the Princess and the Frog version.

  13. Disney has really became unaffordable for the family that earns an average income. You pretty much need to win the lottery jackpot to take a Disney World or Disney Land vacation in this day and age. Hopefully, things will improve with Bob Iger back as CEO.

  14. I know a lot people enjoy the Nightmare before Christmas in the Haunted Mansion, but I enjoy going to see my Dad and wish him Merry Christmas and Happy New Year before we're blacked out. Sorry everyone.

  15. The rooms at port Orleans now say “power of Magic rooms” any update on what these are? Is it just a change of decor?

  16. I still watch these vids even though I just finished my Disney trips. It’s her voice that keeps bringing me back!!

  17. Any idea if Character dining will return at Some of the resteraunts like Royal Table?

  18. Will the after hours events affect the extra hours that Deluxe resort guests get to take advantage of? We’ve planned our park days according to the nights we can stay later.

  19. Chapek did not “step down.” The incompetent disaster of a CEO was shown the door by the share-holders. He ruined or was trying to ruin so much for families and cast members alike. No one walks away from his job unless they retire. He was summarily FIRED. Have a magical day!

  20. Hi AJ – I love your videos. I think it would be great if you did a pool rating video.

  21. Disney waged war on reality. Disney lost that war spectacularly. Most people know everyone is equal. There will always be hate because hateful people exist and sadly they never change. Get over it. Stop ruining tv and movies with the cringey woke message

  22. Such a fantastic Disney info source, and this look ahead to 2023 is no exception. Thanks, @DFBGuide, cheers to you all and keep up the great work 🙂

  23. They think 55 degrees is cold, clearly they have never been 15 degree weather, 55 is actually warm. I really want the magical express back, and free fast passes.

  24. HEA is NOT, I repeat, NOT a new fireworks show due to the return of a despicable old theme. Its suppose to be a new fireworks show if in Magic Kingdom (unless renamed like "The New Happily Ever After")m so that 's confusing, even when it's updated.

  25. Me at 15:44 – “HEY! I know those folks! It’s @OrdinaryAdventures !” What a lovely surprise vlog(photo)-bomb! ☺️

  26. Our family from the 70’s until the summer 2022 literally lived/ate/slept/dreamed about nothing but Disney. We vacationed Disney every year, stayed at on property resorts, 50% of the time we would combine WDW with a Disney cruise. Two of my kids as well as one of my daughters-in-law even worked at WDW.
But in the last 5 or so years we noticed small things changing. Employees you could tell weren’t as happy, food started going down hill, hotel stays weren’t as nice. Small changes
But this past summer we brought our kids, grandkids and great grandchildren. And I was shocked. The parks were filthy, trash floating in the water alongside the ferry docks, the employees were rude & crude, the hotel was dirty and staff looked miserable. There was no such thing as DISNEY MAGIC (it was gone to put it mildly).
And this breaks my heart but I nor my family will never go back again.
If Disney would shift their attention from wokeness and nonbinary to just cleaning the parks and restoring magic they wouldn’t be in such a fix.
    Truly truly sad.
There isn’t anything magic about Disney anymore. It’s gone!

But on a good note: there’s still universal

  27. We rode Splash multiple times with absolutely no waits last week (it was 35 degrees tho). It was great!!! The ride will be sadly missed. It is my son’s favorite ride 😢😢😢

  28. I wish they would get rid of park reservations and have Genie work like a paid version of fast passes
