A very nice tree farm you are developing. Nice pre-bonsai trees for future development. Nice snowfall covering the trees to keep the root balls at 32F/0C. I wonder if you can make a nice sugar maple bonsai in your little tree farm. That would be cool.
Have you thought of selling and tagging then trees while still in the ground? Then the ‘owner’ can work on the tree while still supported by ground roots and growing? I know I’d buy one in the ground! Then the person can also choose when they want to lift it out and transition to pot life!
Could even include an annual fee for general maintenance like watering while being kept in YOUR ground.
