  1. Rumor is that this is where our modern super sweet corn varieties come from

  2. Radiation breeding is VERY much still used today. They use different kinds of radiation than the hard radiation than before but its still very prevalent. All those organic natural plant stains? Radiation breeding.

  3. The Plus + 500 trading platform ad, wins by far my award for most annoying, awkward, ugly ad on YOUTUBE. Keifer Sutherland looks like a bully, used car salesman, pushing you to buy his “product”. Bleah 🤮

  4. I'm thoroughly disgusted with myself at how beautiful I think the photo of the bomb off the coast of the island is.
The Atoms for Peace project is extremely interesting, I want to know more!

  5. You should cover all the ways radiation can kill or damage the human body… like what it can do to the skin, muscle tissue, eyes, different organs, bones, blood, etc…

It does a lot, and can kill you in pretty much every way you can think of.

  6. Cultivars created with this method are NOT considered "GMOs." In my humble opinion, it seems a hell of a lot safer to change a few genes on purpose then blast the entire genetic code with gamma rays and hope for the best.

Support genetically modified foods. Let's feed the world.

  7. Food irradiation is a great way of making edible stuff last longer. It's like letting something get some sunlight. It doesn't make the object itself become a source of the type of radiation it received.

  8. Lol Ima bring this up whenever somebody tells me they aren't into gmo's. "C'mon, wuss. Modern gmo's aren't even radioactive anymore 🙄"

  9. WTH? I clicked on this to watch it & it showed I already disliked it! Sorry about that, & I fixed it. The thumb now goes the right direction! 👍🏼

  10. Of course I'll like & watch it a few times, but Shorts are pretty shit, John. Hard to do PD vids in portrait.😂
Unless…you trailered your musical creations as shorts; I could get behind that.
Happily, the video has run several times as I write this comment!🤣 Cheers from Canberra.

  11. I wonder what would happen to my cannabis plants if I dosed them with radiation. Would I then be able to use it and turn into the Peter Parker of weed…🤔
