    Oh my my! 23,000 for the electric bill, my heart goes out to that community member in the Czech Republic. Personally, I would have to have something stronger than a Hostess Twinkie if I got a electric bill for that amount. Get the CPR ready, as I would go into a cardiac crazy condition! Hope the community member finds the twinkie recipe on line. With the twinkie shortage in their country, they could bake the twinkies at home to sell and use the money to pay for extras or the high priced electric bills.

    I just gave away 16 chickens. The feed and other supplies for them are getting expensive too. The agenda is to destroy home ownership and if their actions kill a bunch of us "useless eaters" so be it.

    Walmart has beef brisket on sale for 2.49 lb right now. I bought one for cooking and one for canning. I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen it that low.

    ABG community, get as many eggs as can get your hands on and freeze them! Mix up 2-3 eggs in a quart freezer bag and freeze baggie flat. Stack/ file frozen bags in a dollar tree plastic shoe box ( no lid). To use, thaw overnight in the fridge. Or mix eggs and pour into silcone muffin pan on a cookie tray and freeze. pop the frozen pucks out and freeze in baggies or vac seal bags.
    TIP:
    Be sure to mix the eggs. The egg texture changes when freezing, texture will be gelatinous/ gloppy, but tastes great. Tastes like eggs! Or to use the frozen eggs in a recipe, measure out 3 1/2 tbsps. equals one large egg. Another way to store, is use Empty/ cleaned & sturdy 16 ounce water bottles. I used the Dasani brand, or bottled Ice tea- bottles that holds up better to freezing. The 16 ounce bottles will hold approx. 7-8 mixed up eggs. Allow 2 inches at the top for the freezer expansion. EZPZ way to have your scrambled eggs on hand. Especially if the fake fowl situation makes egg prices skyrocket even more to $2 to $3 per egg.

    Last year I had some phone calls go striaght to my voicemail from Consumer Cellular. It was weird but I thought they were trying to filter spam. I missed a couple of important doctor calls about my dad. Who knows?
