There are allot of great herbs in these collections. There is allot of those I could honestly use especially due to my insomnia. I been on string sleeping medicine for about three years and it is actually starting to effect me physically. So being able to use the catnip to help with this is I feel make a big change in my health. I wish I didn’t have to take medicine at all and could heal my body with herbal medicines. Thank you Tracy for putting this together with Hoss tools. I am actually ordering all my seeds this year from them due to you and Jason and Brooke speaking so highly of them and I watch them as well.
I love the subject today. I learned how to grow medicinal plants from my grandmother and mother. I grow my own herbs in honor of the women who showed me the magic of growing.

Herbs are something I know nothing about. But I do need to expand my knowledge. Nothing says that store bought medicines will always be available. If I can grow them then I'll feel relieved that I'll always have If I need it.

I have been interested in this and so happy I can watch and learn from you. Do you have a book that gave you the most information. Or a reading list as a good reference? I have been gardening for years so now wanting to add herbs and the preserving drying methods and how to use for various ailments. Excited for watching you and learning with you!!!
