  1. Wanting to try something new this year, I decided to try Indoor Gardening, that’s growing vegetables from seed to consume. I have grown spinach, more spinach then our three person household would eat, so I I am freeze drying the rest. Also, I am growing tomatoes, they are growing very well and will be turning red any day now.
If electricity gets to be too expensive I will hook the lights up to the solar generator.
It sure has been a long growing season but I wanted to continue growing vegetables through the winter.
Prepping is not just a hobby but a way of life.
    Thank you.

  2. The tyrants are on their way out, this is the year of rage. of the great awakening. Hang on kids their is daylight coming. Its all political and change is coming. Gods wisdom is a wonderful thing, and that comes from going thru some fire.

  3. I can purchase organic whole hog or 1/2 beef steer for the average price of buying hamburger at the store. Start using your noodle.

  4. I live in Canada, so our growing season is fairly short, but I haven’t noticed any real shortages. Having said that, I try to plan my shops and stock up when I can.

  5. I have enough for about 3 months after that we’ll have to adapt to what’s happening at the time.

  6. I grow tomatoes, bell peppers, squash, etc. I buy fresh eggs as much as possible. I also can make different breads. Working on making bagels. Blessings to you all!!

  7. Bags Dry beans and peas, easy alt protein and can grow more from them, and they last. Also know your growing seasons for diff items that you can do outside.

  8. animal agriculture was always unsustainable. combine that with all the other things. drought man made disasters -supply chains, – diesel shortages the war- the fires in food storage facilities and on and on. now we have to go back to the way it was before the global economy was created.

  9. The thing that is disturbing to me is that this crisis is so “planned”…. Living in Arizona, it is not so easy in the summer. But in the winter, I can grow lots of greens and cool weather crops. I have laying hens. And, for city dwellers without land for a garden, a good thing is to start growing fresh sprouts right on your kitchen counter. Very nutritious and easy to grow. For almost 30 years my husband preached/encouraged our congregation members to always have on hand food and water for 3 to 6 months or more. Keeping a well stocked pantry used to be a normal thing. My dad grew up on a farm in Ohio. We lived in California when I was growing up. Every summer dad would grow a garden. This was back in the 1950’s.

  12. There is no better way to have a shortage than by telling people there is a shortage. The sky is falling chicken little!

  13. Well, me & the wife of 52 years have been a long time ago buying a lot extra of canned and other long storing foods. Gardening on the caliche hill here is almost impossible. We tried it for several years- and it wasn’t working. Too damn hot and etc etc. Sowe went the buying route. On sale only lol. Wired in generator and fuel-diesel,gas and propane. Doing some math we know we’re good for 6 maybe 7 months. We live about 7 miles out of town in a small village so slightly isolated in a way. Two roads in and out which are at least 4 miles apart which greatly reduces traffic from you’re Dryden low life thief like in town. When SHTF ? And then there’s defensive equipment and supplies always in place for use almost instantly. You have picked a very good subject for a video 👍👍👀

  14. Don’t forget coconut oil won’t go rancid where regular oil will over time, coffee beans last much longer than ground coffee. Wheat berries will also last much longer than flour. Do yourself favor invest in a vacuum packer’s they work great. Learn to can, dehydrate, if you can afford it get a freeze dryer. Know how to use what you have!

  15. If you can help with this please do. PH of the soil. I know potash helps but how do you make soil more acidic for potatoes as an example?
