  1. You show small container gardening, but you have SO MANY containers! I'm planning my four totes to have themes – Italian, salsa, Asian and herbs. The soil I used last year has sunk so low I need to refill it. It's very compacted so should I empty them and start over?I Worried about disrupting the microbes and worms tho. 🤔

  2. Thank you for sharing! Cool to see all the birds and plants! Was that a fox or coyote on your outside camera? Luckily it’s 50 there! It was -1 this morning here in VT but this winter has been really mild

  3. So nice to get a little taste of green! My spring bulbs started pushing but everything else is still dead here😎

  4. Love your ideas !, I'm really looking forward to many more of your video's and how thing's change in your garden, stay well you two !!!

  5. Robbie, I would LOVE to hear more about your "kitchen scraps in buckets being ready for zucchini " idea. I get tons of food scraps and I was thinking of doing something similar, but I didn't know how to go about it. Since I mix my food scraps with my shredded paper in the house, I fill a 4 gallon bucket in 3 days and then I have to throw it in the compost pile. I would love to skip that step and just have the buckets full and throw the seed in. Will zucchini really grow in a bucket like what you showed? I am guessing they are 2 gallons each. Is that big enough to grow a heavy feeder like zucchini?

  6. I've planted some English peas & some snow peas & inside I have celery & hot pepperoncini peppers (I hope ) will start sprouting in a week or two 🥰🥰

  7. Thank you for sharing the kitchen scrap buckets! I have some dollar tree pots I was thinking of doing that exact same thing with, since I want to be ready for spring too! 🙂

  8. Hi I have a question one humming bird build a nest in one of my solar rattan ball lights and it has 2 eggs and it going to rain on a few days it's safe for the eggs and mother?

  9. Could I ask what zone you are in. We are in zone 6a and have snow on the ground now. We live at the top of Ohio on the West side. I wish we had earlier springs. But can't plant tomatoes, peppers, and a lot of things till the middle of May. We had wood chips put on our garden last year and have had several truck loads of wood chips sitting around here. Love how you garden.
