    I learn so much from you! I like the idea of putting shredded paper/cardboard in the pots before putting the soil in. I also like the tee pee idea with the peas and green beans. I'm relatively new about gardening, so I appreciate all the tips. I did however, start some seeds in the house (tomatoes, cilantro, onions, strawberries), they're all growing and I'm like, Now what? lol. It's way too early to transplant them outside (I live in Indiana, so still really cold). I guess I"ll put them in bigger pots and leave them in the window for now. Keep enjoying your wonderful life!

    Tessie, did you pre-soak those jiffy peat pots in warm warm? They didn't appear to be puffed up like they should be. I'm sure you are a wonderful influence in your neighborhood, your garden is always a sight to see.

    We have a bush that puts up long shoots. I cut those down periodically to save for TeePees. (Is that how you spell it?!). Anyway, those ling sticks come in sooo handy in the garden. Just used one to stake a sunflower up so it would grow straight up. FREE!

    Tessie you have inspired all of us who watch your videos in one way or another. The bonnet is cool. I have memories of One grandmother who wore aprons all day, She kept her handkerchief in one pocket and her chewing tobacco in another, Yes I said chewing tobacco, She loved it. My other grandmother wore aprons to cook and while cleaning her house. Precious old timey women. Blessings.
