I volunteered doing this at a local farm, he retrofitted a washing machine to spin his salad greens 😊
Also packs in plastic bags …wish other options for this…

Too bad you cant recycle water that comes off spinner. Water is a precious resource and that drained water , instead of draining to the dirt , could have been saved to water your garden.

A lettuce spa! I ❤️ it! I could small scale do that in kitchen sink with a fish tank pump 🤔 The rack with a fan to dry is genius as well. I always spin them & lay on the counter on towels. Next time I'll lay them on elevated dehydrating trays with a fan. Thanks for sharing your set up!
