Beautiful home, but these kinds of modern farmhouses are a dime a dozen in the Valley. They've reached a point where they all look cookie cutter and very speck-y.
Nice house and video. I have only one request or suggestion, I think it would be great if you could develop a habit of saying Primary or Main bedroom instead of saying Master bedroom, bathroom and closets. Just a suggestion because I like and watch your channel 👍🏾
Your tour made me like this house. I live near here and pass by it almost daily and have watched this and its sister home being built from the ground up. Thought it to be too wide and not very deep with small backyard space but this is actually a very nice home. I think originally, these two homes were built on what was originally a single LARGE lot.

This property is actually now in Escrow. I really enjoyed all of my visits there and it's a very nice, new, clean and youthful property.

This is Another nice home, Really nice to see house's that has bigger lots and Space, that driveway is definitely Massive, 20 Cars? Haha You can definitely accomodate many ppl during Thanksgiving!
I love the whole contrast of The Exterior / Interior look I think it is a great choice for this home.
Movie Theather is great, The rooms are also great sizes…I Also love the basketball court, The pool Area, and that guest house is beautiful…
I really like the space and privacy from the main house.
I think it is a great price for 7mil..Imagine if this is in BH or Bel Air it could potentially be more Expensive…
