I think I would leave the drapes alone,but if you are itching go with something more saturated and not a bold print. I just love how your bird art and statuettes are the main attraction.

I love the fashions for your Mom!!! Your Mom is a doll!!! Love the screens w/metal we also owned a set for years they are fantastic! My Mom decorated with Asian styles for her Bedroom living room and den including furniture which was custom made, this is the 60's through the 2000's. I did not appreciate it when I was younger but in the 90's I came around to it and cannot pass up a Chinoiserie mix in my own decor. My childhood room was French Provincial still love that look as well!

I was a teenager and young adult in the 1970s. I like to wear clothes like what you got your mom. She looks great in them. You are so sweet to buy things for your mom and you must know her style well. You look wonderful in that pink dress too.

That's a tough one Selina, for me anyway. The curtains would have to blend with existing colors in the room which is more difficult IMO than choosing the curtains and then blending the things in the room with it. But if anyone can do it you can. 🙂 Good Hunting!
