The tectonic plates are beginning to rupture in Turkey. I recommend the population to move away from the earthquake area. As more ice melts at the poles, the continents will crack and fall apart.
Turkey has 8 mag quakes quite often and very recently.
Turkey sits on a microplate called the anatolian microplate.
The borders around Turkey are almost completely in line with the outline of this continental microplate that gets tossed around by the aegean microplate, arabian plate, eurasian plate, and African plate.
They are all convergent plate boundries.
The quakes are all strike-slip fault quakes.
This information is very easily obtained by reading a wikipedia article within minutes.

Those people are in a bad habit of overpopulating things there. Then immigrating to other countries, and becoming a nuisance to the indigenous population. With basically no job opportunities there, and the locals will be tired of it. Of course it gets the locals involved with the hunt for cheap labor. With no jobs they become criminals, and bothersome to those around them.

There should be use of strong suspension springs in foundation to absorb such vibration and should be way where people can exit quickly by sliding out solution from high rise building from each apartment.
