Everyone obsessed with the "beefsteak" maters, guess because of the size?? Had plenty growing up , folks loved them and the yellow maters as well, but boy, did my life change in the mater world when I learned of the "Celebrity" …..has been the only thing I grew for years till I learned of the famed San Marzano! Trying to make a good sketti sauce without the infamouse San Marzano..is like repeating a fools folly, been there done that! If it were not true I would not have told ya! Sauce made with the hearty meat of the San Marzano then bump it up by the delish sweetness of the Celeb…that are multi use, table or canning…and some big ,ruby red King Arthur sweet peppers?? you gonna love popping one of those bad boys open in the middle of January!! 💯💯💯♥️🍅🍝🍅🫑🥰🥰
