What an amazing harvest! Your hard work to keep it going, shows! I just started to plant a bit and got some shoots after a few days of cukes, carrots and peas…even the older seeds sprouted up! Fantastic harvest! My cucumbers have been doing great this year too. My eggplants are slow to produce. But I always have that issue when I start them myself. For some reason, I tend to have to buy starts of eggplant. This year, I said I wasn't going to get one….hence why I have no eggplant 😄. It's ok. It's not our favorite veggie anyway. I love cucumbers though. I make pickles, eat them fresh in different types of salads and I'm going to make some tzatziki sauce. How do you like to eat your cucumbers?

I'm over here trying to see if I can grow at least a common russet potato and it would probably have taken me another season or 2 to realize I could get fancy with the whole thing but thank you, for advancing my imagination lol.
