Thank you for your video, this is my second year growing the big beauties. I had tons of babies coming on, and I ended up with more yellow/brown skinned ones than good ones. I need my nutrients.
Thank you for the tip. I am in Southern CA and planted Eggplants among others and first few months all beautiful black beauties. Recently a mix of brown , yellow and black beauties. I thought it was a variety. Oh well, going for the Epsom Salt STAT. Thank you!! 🍆🍅🍉🍓🍂🌾🐿

Yes had a few get yellowy brown , but most of them that are left are lovely and big and purple. But didnt want to just toss them so peeled and sliced very thin and put a little olive oil on them and lots of paprika and garlic and seasonings and air fried them crispy they were very good veggie chips, so dont throw them out EAT THEM up!!!
