Adding Unique Perennial Succulents & a New Annual to the Garden | Gardening with Creekside

Last year I fell in love with the Chick Charms sempervivums, and I am refreshing my succulent planter with a few new varieties that will give me even more color. While I’m in the patio gardens I am going to add the new improved Proven Winners nemesia to the landscape. It feels so good to add more plants to the gardens!

  1. I love the strawberry vase with the chicks in them. I guess I missed that last year but the picture of last years pot was beautiful. I hope to get started with some of the chicks. I hope you and family have a wonderful Easter weekend. Pat in North Carolina

  2. Jenny I just had to replace a few of my sedums too, I saw you packed that top planter and I said ummm I am going back and add some more Lol!!!

  3. I just love all of your flower beds and you continue to add more plants making them more amazing. Many blessings to you and your family during Easter and always 😊❤

  4. Great Vid ❤️❤️When I look at the chart, we're going up. However, when I look at the overall economic situation, I say we haven't seen the bottom yet. Trading has been going smooth for me. More emphasis should be put into day trading, as it less affected by the unpredictable nature of the market. Thanks to Mr Jake Brukhman for his amazing skills for helping me earn 12 BTC from 1.9 BTC through day trading. Great TA as always>🙌🏻

  5. I'd never grown Nemesia until a couple years ago. I was so impressed by their continuous blooms. I don't think I ever had to deadhead them. Very low maintenance plant and a lot of bloom power.
I will definitely be looking for them this season. Especially that new one, was it blackberry? Gorgeous.
I'm also going to look for Chick Charms. I have overwintered sempervivums before. I also have a cracked birdbath.

  6. The ones that are red, do they get more of a green colour in them during the summer months?

  7. Happy Easter Jenny, Jerry and family..also thinking of your mama and daddy! I hope you are getting some of the rain we’re having in Leesville, SC. It’s been pouring for about 20 something hours. Have a Blessed Day tomorrow ✝️

  8. Hi jenny you just inspired me to try chickcharms love that 2tone. Thanks for SHARING AS ALWAYS🐣🐰🐝🐛🌸🌄

  9. A week ago today we were so excited to meet Jenny and her wonderful family as we stopped at Creekside on our way home from St Augustine to zone 5b in western NY. And we were not disappointed. Creekside is spectacular in all it's spring glory with the promise of more to come. We left some GSD gifts for Brenna and took home hearts full of new friends and a special family that works together. Thanks ya'll.

  10. Great video but of course they are all the time havent been able to plant yet had to cover what plants i hve bought expecting a frost tonight your gardens are beautiful! Happy Easter!

  11. We live in zone 7b-8, and for the first time ever I have found termites in my hardwood mulch (April 2023)!! Yikes! I am predicting this is going to be a BAD year with bugs! Has this happened to you and how have you dealt with it? What insecticide can be safely used in shrubbery beds for inground insects?

  12. Hey Jenny, I remember seeing that Michael Carr pot last year in one of your videos, and I fell in love with it. It is sooo beautiful! Your garden is looking so good girl!

  13. Your garden is looking amazing! Thanks for sharing info on all of the new plants.
