DIY cheap & easy hen egg laying boxes. I made a few egg laying boxes for my hens out of milk crates. This was so easy to do and will last a long time. Plus they are light weight which is prefect for my mobile coop setup. I used fake grass nesting pads which are washable to line the bottom of each crate.
