  1. WOW! There is no way I can be a full time teacher and a part time landscaper. I have been on this exact path before, but being a full time teacher was a much bigger deal than i thought it was with all the responsibilities and there was no way I could pursue that. I currently have a nonteaching job at a school as a teacher's aide, and do lawn care on the side, which is a much better balance. But for me, being a full time teacher and doing lawn care on the side would almost be impossible and my mind is just not wired to that. This is so amazing!

  2. Eric amazing stuff and set up! Hope to have something as cool as this one day……fulltime teacher/landscaping business and on top having a family very impressive! Thanks Brian for sharing this Eric’s awesome setup! Love your channel Brian very informative and inspiring! Livin the dream all the best to you both!

  3. Tweels on a Intensity 36"? didn't think that worked ask him how and what I'm interested.

  4. Brian, Eric amazing interview and shop tour!! Definitely got the organized thing down!!

  5. Hey bryan lawn maintenance a nother awesome videos on your channel u definitely my favorite Youtuber my new stand on mower is s Revolt stand on keep making awesome videos i got 26 lawn

  6. What kind of teacher is he? I don’t understand how he can work full time and do this! Great video, thanks for sharing!

  7. he has all that for 8 mowing accounts? Or did he say 80? sounded like 8 lol unless they are massive commercials.

  8. If he can do this with a teachers schedule, theres no excuse for anyone whose doing it full time! Love it !

  9. Good to see a fellow teacher with great side business. I always say, I do not know if I teach to have something to do in the off season, or clean pools to keep me busy when school is out.

  10. I respect the side hustles. Since I had to quit my business last year due to health issues I'm a full time motorcycle salesman at a harely dealership and startled mowing on the side again. Hoping to go back full time if I can get enough customers

  11. The math doesn't work for Tweels. If you keep a plug kit and compressor in each truck, you would be down for 15 minutes max. Assume a worst case of 3 flats per season, with one non-pluggable, that's 30 minutes for the pluggable flats, and 1 hour for the non-pluggable. At $80 per man-hour, you are out $120 for the year in labor, plus the plugs $10, and the one new tire $60, so a total of $190 per year. Tweels cost $1500, I'll even give you $200 if you sold your stock tires, so the Tweels only cost $1300. $1300/$190=6.8 years before Tweels break even…they don't last that long.

That being said, I'm not against them, just don't pretend like they are saving you any money.

  12. I have a full time job here in the uk and commercial side hustle with roughly 80 clients. Good staff and being organised is key. Just got to have plenty 🔥 in the belly.
    Well done.

  13. I'd like to see more pictures of the racks on the dump trailer that looks awesome and what brand are they

  14. nice work Eric, shop looks like it needs to grow a bit, I'm in the same boat fulltime job with kids and wife plus I run a tree nursery/landscape business. I'm in Michigan about an hour north of Brian, I'm hoping to get a shop tour or interview with Brian and Keith Kalfas one day, I've been following both of them for close to 3 years. How did you get on Brian's list for a shop tour?

  15. While you’re in Columbus check out Pioneer Landscaping. 2 brothers running a $1m/yr landscaping team 👍🏻

  16. This has, by far been my favorite shop tour. Loved his shop with everything set up, all the equipment tools trailers, trucks, and especially his workstation in the back. That work station would get me out of the driveway. Also the flags! Need some go those
