  1. hey Pepe, where can I get a loquat plant ? I live in Atlanta,I grow tropical fruit trees in containers ,where can I get a grafted plant to buy ,thank you very nice vid ,have a great day.

  2. Right now, I'm growing blueberries, potatoes, and lemongrass in containers. You said there were 2 kinds of goji – which one does well in our area? AND is it important to buy a grafted loquat? How long does it take to bear fruit if grown from seed?

  3. In containers, our edibles are gojis, lemon tree, lime tree, moringa, bell peppers, tomatoes, and lots of herbs. We also grow in raised beds as we are still amending in-ground soils. Our gojis must be the chinesi variety as they are slightly bitter, not very sweet, but excellent in oatmeal. In winter, our greenhouse gives us several variety lettuces, arugula, radishes, English peas, and spinach. Cold frames over raised beds for kale, carrots, cilantro, broccoli, and onions. We grow microgreens year round, either outdoors or under growlights. Thanks for the tips on blueberries. Our soil is very alkaline and I have been wanting to try them in containers.

  4. Hey Pepe, what soil combination would you recommend for the moringas (70% garden soil, 20% perlite, 10% compost / 50% potting soil 50% perlite or sand)? Thanks so much

  12. Hi Pepe, I bought a loquat tree today, about 3 feet tall. What size is the green container yours is in? Trying to determine what size container to buy for it. Thanks!

  13. I remember eating them as a kid. In my 20’s my dad had one when he lived in Houston Texas. He didn’t know it was fruit. He kept telling me I would get sick until I convince him to taste it. I live in Beaumont Texas now and they grow all over the place. It’s hard to drive down a street and not see one or a orange tree. Everyone on my block have them except me and one other neighbor. I just purchased me and her a loquat tree. I’m so excited. I want to do everything right and this has helped me a lot. Thanks for the upload ❤️
