Welcome to the YouTube channel of House + Holm! I’m a mama of three sweet little ones and am married to my middle school sweetheart! My passion for home renovation, design and decorating took off when my husband and I purchased our first home, a 100 year old 1300sq/ft house. Since then, we have renovated four homes. This channel was born out of a love for sharing about our online interior decor store, House + Holm. After three years of investing in our shop, we felt called to close our online doors and prioritize raising our kids and being present at home.     Hey beautiful friend! Those Snowball Hydrangeas are beautiful with the Ivy! I've never seen that mixture! I hope you pulled the drainage plug on those planters, but I'm sure your Dad told you to do that. Skye, the porch looks absolutely amazing and the price is unbelievable! I can NEVER find a deal like that. A bit of info on an outdoor rug. I have a very inexpensive one from Walmart. Girl….I hose it when it gets dirty. It comes so clean and dries in a couple of hours. No soap, no pressure washer, just a hose. It's beige and white and I love it. It's two years old this Summer and it still looks new! Just thought I'd share with you.     Skye, we are not far away; we are in South Carolina. We recently sold our NC home and are now enjoying our SC Front Porch home. 😉
    We dreamed of a front porch and like you are blessed to have one at last. We sold things from the NC home that no longer worked and purchased black rocking chairs and side tables for drinks. Now to buy that 'all-important swing or glider.

    It turned out beautiful! A covered porch is a must in our next home, as well. I am planning hydrangeas & boxwood in grey wicker for my front porch this year, I really love how yours turned out in the grey urn pots – the height looks perfect 👌.

    As a parent of older kids. I bet it made dad’s day getting a call for advice. Feels good to still be needed. Now as a “kid” with no parents, call your parents while u still can! U never know how much u want to make that call when u can’t! 🌸💐
