They are all starting to flower, I pinched most of them off, but my bell peppers are so short, is that okay or how do I fix it?

That’s definitely not great, can you post pics up close of some of those leaves with the discoloration? Kind of looks like a nutrient deficiency to me.

I’ve had the same issue with mine and a buddy of mine also has the same problem. My cayenne pepper is normal height but all others are very squatty and flowering. First year growing with good quality LEDs vs T5 lights. Oh my tomato and tomatillo plants are normal height too. Very strange 🤔
