Repotting is a good idea. There are lots of posts about the best substrate, but the idea is to have a primarily inorganic mix. I use pumice, small gravel (3mm) and sand for around 85 percent of my substrate. The rest is a succulent specific soil mix from the garden store. Lots of sun. Minimal water. Enjoy 😉
