Charlotte has over double the metro area population. Raleigh-Durham has almost double the population. Nashville is over one and a half times larger.
Louisville should get an NBA team. It is too small for anything else and Kentucky isn't a big football state, either. Birmingham is fairly comparable to Louisville, and it could sustain an NFL team, but football is the sport in Alabama.
One of the main issues with new stadiums and ballparks is that there's less and less taxpayer funding available than in the past. That means the newer designs will have to do more than be a ballpark if they're going to "pencil out" financially. That's why there is often on site and/or in-building hotel, office and retail space incorporated into newer stadiums/ballparks.
Too small of a seating capacity for MLB (even in a small market such as Louisville). MLB parks should seat at least 40000, if not 45000 minimum, and in the largest markets at least 50000.
Kings are already taken by NBA and copyrights. So its unlikely that the any MLB team would be able to use that name. Stadium concepts look cool though.
I could definetly see Louisville with an NBA team (Go Colonels!) but how could an MLB team in Louisville stand a chance when the Reds have had eastern KY hook line and sinker for over 100 years?
Good luck to Louisville. Wonderful city. However, they are way too close to Cincinnati. Nashville or Charlotte would be a better choice for a MLB team.
I'm sorry man but this is just not a good looking stadium. It looks like something White Castle would design in 1985. Some of the ideas are good, like the hotel, etc.

Can you rank all American association stadiums?
You could expand Slugger Field, where the Bats play, approximating this design.
I hate those small upper decks. Looks like a toy stadium .
I immediately picked up on the Twin Spires significance. It's supposed to mimic Churchill Downs.
This was my boyfriend’s final!! He always watches your videos and he’s freaking out right now
No chance they expand to Louisville and the rays aren’t moving
you can have a mint julep and watch some baseball
So far he has mentioned the crime in Portland he won’t talk about. 🤨

Really looks identical to the old rangers ballpark

Great Design!
This is the most impressive stadium concept I have seen and it really makes you want to see an expansion franchise in Louisville! 👍
Yeah do we need kings we have royals already
Looks like an awesome stadium for the Nashville expansion team.
You should do a video reviewing created parks in MLB The Show 23
Kings is a bad name
The palace feel to this stadium would fit will in the royals new stadium
Looks pretty cool. Moving the bull pens should be fore sure a move. Looks like a lot of thought was put into this one for sure.

It Remind me too much of the Kansas City Royals

I live in Louisville and would love to see MLB come here. I’m not sure the people here would support an MLB team though
Wow! Sold! Whoever did this has some talent!
Nice except for the Budweiser bar
I wonder how that person made that ballpark. It looks so good and i love stadium/arena/ballpark designs
