I read that they only use 46% of the property. 46%?! Is that right? That's crazy! I would have never guessed they had that parking lot. When you think about DCA using to be parking, you can see how they're willing to sacrifice parking for something better.

This was fantastic. We stayed at HGI on that road by the parking lot. I kept saying if we could cut through those cars the walk would be half the time.
Honestly those restaurants and hotels would not lose any business. People who stay along that street r still gonna walk. It’s those who stay a couple miles or more away that would use that new parking lot.
Hey brickey do you think maybe the delay in fixing up Tomorrowland is because they’re waiting to see if they can utilize that space.
