are these seeds ready to be collected? and if so, how do I do that?

dropped some water on these today and to my surprise, they’re full of seeds! it seems my clumsy pollinating finally worked.

I have everything ready to sow them, just want to make sure if there’s an optimal way to go about getting them out of the pod, and if it’s the right time to do so
