Container Gardening

This potting mix has been our go to for many plants in containers, it helps reduce water usage.

We water ours once every other day in the morning and the plants seem to love it. Water more if you’re in a dry climate.

You also can go without perlite or vermiculite.

Feeding your plant is essential, make sure to add fertilizer in small amounts every two weeks or larger volume once a month

  1. Keep up the good work,
All of your videos carry some sort of import information for those who want the most yield with the least amount of resources consumed, bless your garden and family. Coco coir and compost for the win
I know the perlite makes the soil airy and loose as well, your carrots must love it.

Remember perlite acts as a aerator and helps slowly release water, vermiculite acts as a sponge and helps the soil hold moister, so I mix perlite with the soil and sprinkle a bit of vermiculite on top of the soil if I don’t have good quality mulch

  2. I am a vermiculite manufacturer from China and we have many varieties of vermiculite!
