Edible Weeds: Dandelions, Purslane, and Mallow, Oh My!



Do you dread seeing that familiar yellow flower when it pops up in your yard? Or panic when you see leaves growing out the cracks in your driveway? Weeds may seem like a nuisance, but some of those unwanted plants may be worth a second look! Urban forager and chef Megan Mullineaux shares some delicious ways to add dandelions, common mallow, and purslane to your next meal.
