Managing strawberry runners is a key to cultivating the plant in square foot or traditional gardening. In square foot gardening, the instructions are to remove all the runners. I would be happy to do this and harvest more fruit, but I want more plants. In this video I try different methods like cups, cutting and transplanting, and letting them go wild.
