Put these 10 vegetables in now for your fall garden to harvest well into fall and winter. This list works ideal for gardening zones 5 through 7 (with a first hard frost date in mid-September to first of October). If you’re in zone 8 just push the planting a little bit later (6 to 8 weeks before your first hard frost date).
If you’re in zone 5 or colder you may be able to put in the seed list as starts.
I share which crops we harvest almost year round and which will need a little bit of cold weather protection.
