MIgardener: One Of My Favorite Ways To Use Herbs From The Garden

When it is harvest season, I love to do a very special thing with our herbs. I like to make Clarified herb infused butter. It is worth doing and lasts a long time!

  1. You can also use a double mesh strainer and cheesecloth to remove the tiny bits works great. You can also make ghee the same way just cooking a little longer so it's brownish and form a nutty smell.

  2. Yum. Thanks. That would be a great addition to my home made sourdough bread.

  3. I make sage butter as well but I can it in glass jars😋👍🏼
Absolutely love it on pork tenderloin cutlets an mashed potatoes!
I’ll be doing this soon as well-my sage bush is huge this yr🤣

  4. I can see using garlic ghee. Give me ideas for Rosemary/garlic and sage. I want to try and maybe gifts and Christmas❤
