This year was amazing for asparagus! We had crowns producing between
3-6 stalks of asparagus and they were HUGE! We really had a bumper
crop. All organically grown too! We also talk a bit about when is the
best time to harvest asparagus, and how our method of growing is more
productive than traditional farming practices.
