Feel your pain man. When you have people working for you, they couldn't give a toss about the equipment they use as it's not their kit and they don't have to cover the cost of repairs. Many many moons ago, I worked for a used car dealership. The boss always said that if any of us bumped a car through carelessness, he would take it out our wages. I know you cant be as brutal as that these days, but none of the staff ever bumped a car.
