  1. We’ve already had our 2nd frost here in southern Colorado (Zone 4B-5A). Garden is completely put to rest until next spring. I’m so sad.:(

  2. Just finished harvesting my hot biscuit amaranth, I have about 8 of them that went to seed, can't believe the amount of grain I harvested from just 1 plant, now to separate the chaff and repeat the process about 7 more times 😅 lol

  3. My peppers didn’t really start producing well until it started cooling off a bit. I’m in Louisiana and the summer was just brutal! Question: my Tabasco plants have put on a ton of peppers, but I don’t know if there will be enough warm weather left for them to ripen completely. Can they be used in the green stage?
